These knives are used in some of the best restaurants in the world
France-based knife maker Roland Lannier produces handmade knives used at global hotspots.

What connects restaurants Mirazur (France), Amass (Denmark), Frenchette (USA) and Oaxen (Sweden)? Their knives.
Based in Thiers, France’s historic knife-making capital, Roland Lannier produces a groundbreaking collection of handmade dinner and chefs’ knives for some of the best restaurants in the world. Eater.com said in a recent article “knives have (…) earned fans, not just for the way they look (very handsome), but also for the way they slice (very cleanly).”
After almost two decades working in the world of high-end cutlery, becoming a master cutler for Perceval, Lannier decided to open his own brand with funny collections like “Why so serious?” an homage to Heath Ledger or “Not just a pretty face” a line from the Offspring, to name a few.
RSVP has partnered with Roland Lannier for a very special giveaway. Head to our Instagram feed to participate until the 22nd of November.
